Tuesday 4/25/17

A1. Deadlift @30X1; 3-5 reps x 4 sets, rest 45sec
A2. Russian Step-Ups; 10/leg x 4 sets, rest 45sec
A3. Push-Ups (a full 1sec pause at top); 15-20 reps x 4 sets, rest 45sec
*Thighs cannot touch ground on push-ups or it is a no rep

*Scale style of push-up if need be

 

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)
10 Pull-Ups
10 Burpees

Optional Accessory

A. Two sets of:
100-Foot Farmer’s Carry (as heavy as possible)
– Rest 2-3 minutes

B1. Reverse Hypers; 20 reps x 3 sets, rest as needed
B2. Banded March with Front-Loaded Carry; 3min x 3 sets, rest as needed
