A. Four sets of:
Weighted Pull-Up w/ 1sec pause at bottom x 2-3 reps
– Rest 15-20sec
Strict Pull-Up x Max Reps
– Rest 15-20sec
L-Sit x 30-45sec (accumulated)
– Rest 2 minutes

 

B. In teams of two, complete four rounds for time of:
20 Alternating Single-Arm Dumbbell Snatches (70/45 lbs)
400 Meter Run/Row or 800m on Assault Bike
*Partition the reps however you see fit, and stay with your partner on the run/Row/Bike
