Warm-Up

10/side banded Side walks
10 Clam Shells
5 Sandbag Squats
5/side KB Single leg RDL

A1. Back Squat w/ pause at bottom; 3-4 reps x 4 sets, rest 45sec
A2. Russian Step-Ups; 8/leg x 4 sets, rest 45sec
*16-20” for ladies, 20-24” for guys
A3. Bent over Single arm DB Row w/ Theraband around knees; 8-10/arm x 4 sets, rest 45sec
*The DB rows are unsupported. No arm on bench. Free standing

B. In teams of two, partners alternate rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)
10 Alternating Single-Arm Dumbbell Snatches (70/50 lbs)
