A1. Russian Step-Ups; 10/leg x 4 sets, rest 30
A2. Bar Dips @3112; 10 reps x 4 sets
(use a partner to lift up on legs to assist if necessary)
A3. Ab Wheel Roll Outs; 10-12 sloow reps, rest 30

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 Dumbbell Ground to Overhead (50/35)
10 Burpees
