A1. Front Squat; 6-8 reps x 4 sets, rest 60

A2. Single Arm DB Press; 6-8/arm, rest 60

A3. Double-Under Practice; 60 seconds x 4 sets, rest 60

 

B. EMOM, for 24 minutes:

Minute 1 – 5 Thrusters (go heavy)

Minute 2 – 8-10 Strict Pull-Ups or 15sec Supinated Hold

Minute 3 – 10-15 Box Jump-Overs
