A1. Bench press w/ pause; 2-3 reps x 4 sets; rest 45
A2. Single Arm DB Row; 6-8 reps (heavy) x 4 sets, rest 45

B. DB Bench Press – 2 attempts to find 10 rep max

*With a continuously running clock perform 1 burpee the first minute, 2 burpees the second minute, 3 burpees the third minute, and so on, continuing to add 1 each minute until you cannot complete the required number of reps in the given minute.

D. Thumbs down rear delt raise; 20/arm x 3 sets, rest 30sec b/w arms
*Lie on floor for these. Light loads
