Station 2: Handstand Holds or Walks (freestanding or supported) x 60sec

Station 3: L-Sits x 30-60 seconds


B. In Teams of two, with P1 going against a two-minute running clock, while P2 rests. Then Vice Versa for a total of 5 sets each, complete:
3 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)
6 Shoulder to Overhead
9 Front Squats
Max Reps of Burpees in remaining 2min
