Performance

A. Every 2min, for 24 minutes (4 sets of each):

Station 1 – 6-8 Deadlifts (building)

Station 2 – 6-8 Strict Supinated-Grip Pull-Ups (add weight if possible)

Station 3 – 6-8/leg Bulgarian Split Squats (building)

 

B. For time:

50 Wall Balls (20/14)

30 Double-Unders

10 Muscle-Ups

*Sub 15 attempts + 90 Singles for the Double-Unders.

*Sub 10 pull-ups + 10 Dips for Muscle-Ups
