A. Every 90sec for 15min (10 sets):
2 Clean Lift-offs (2sec pause at knee) + Power Clean
*Build to a tough complex over the course of the 10 sets

 

B. Three rounds for time of:
400 Meter Run
10 Ground to Overhead (135/95 lbs)
20 Pull-ups (CtB for advanced) (Ring Rows or jumping pull-up for intermediate)
