A2. DB Bench @1010; 15 reps at TEMPO x 4 sets, rest 3min
*If you pause at all at top or bottom the set is terminated
*Take a few warm-up sets on deadlift so all sets above are work sets

B. Four rounds for time of:
25 Kettlebell Swings (70/53 kg)
50 Double-Unders
*KBS must be all the way overhead!
