Erin Kratzer

I started crossfit in 2013 as a way to stay fit and also curb my competitive nature. It gave me just that! Coaching allows me to give my knowledge back to the members and use my voice to help others achieve a new movement, or simply feel comfortable in a gym and lifting a barbell. Lifting is for everyone! If you are thinking about joining, but nervous, I encourage you to walk in the door – you’ll see many different people, who are all there for different reasons. Our coaches are welcoming and the members are too! Outside of the gym I’m a mom to 2 girls plus 1 energetic dog, and enjoy getting them outside as much as I can! I am that crazy mom walking a stroller with bundled children when it’s 20 degrees and snowing :)
